Alex's Tuesday night game was a rough one. To make a long story short, he ended up on the floor with a knee injury. The next morning he had an MRI in hopes that it wasn't anything serious. Wrong. The bad news came to him Wednesday night with the doctor explaining the results of the MRI. He will have to have surgery on his ACL, and on his lateral and medial meniscus. And he is out for the rest of the season. Surgery will be in January and after that it is a 9 month recovery or so. He is a very bummed and sad boy. I don't blame him. He LOVES basketball and the season was just beginning. My heart goes out to him.
This is as much information I have for now so we will keep you updated with more news as we hear it.

We're very sorry that alex won't be playing sports for awhile but John and I are extremely proud of his attitude about it-little bro, you're dealing with it just fine! keep your spirits high and we think your great whether your on the court or not! we love you! and your in our prayers! Same advice goes to you too, Rob!
